At GAC, we believe in the power of communication, social and emotional learning, and the impact it can have on our community. The Love Box Foundation is a great tool that helped us to achieve that goal!
What a JOY to see the next generation learn how to lead with love, compassion, hope and unity.
Here's what Greater Atlanta Christian School has to say about the Love Box project.
"The Love Box project was completed by the 7th graders of Greater Atlanta Christian School, who gave away 150 Love Box kits filled with over 2,000 handwritten love notes and encouraging messages to 5th grade students at Meadowcreek Elementary.
A big thank you to Christine Martinello, Founder and Executive Director of the Love Box Foundation, for providing the inspiration for this meaningful project. We would also like to thank Love Box Foundation Board Member, and a GAC alumni parent of 4 graduates, Cheryl Chapple for delivering these kits with care and love.
In addition, this project would not have been possible without GAC Bible Teacher, Kim Kinser and Middle School Dean of Academics, Lauren Hollier, who oversaw the project from start to finish and led the way in spreading the love of Jesus.
At GAC, we believe in the power of communication, social and emotional learning, and the impact it can have on our community. The Love Box Foundation is a great tool that helped us to achieve that goal!"
